FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you take reservations?

We offer a more casual dining experience and can accommodate groups of 24 or fewer with the full menu and first-come, first-served seating. For larger groups interested in a pre-paid booking with a group menu, click on Private Events for more information.

Where can I find nutritional information?

We currently do not have nutritional information, e.g., calories, fats, cholesterol, sugars, etc., as we are still a small business (the FDA does not require menu labeling for businesses with fewer than 20 locations). However, if you have a specific menu item in mind, we are happy to provide ingredient and purveyor information, including our preparation methods and portion sizes.

Where do I locate food allergen information?

Food allergen charts are located here. Peanuts and other food allergens are present at all Gott’s Roadside locations. While we make every effort to keep these items separate and serve those with dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that our food and beverages will be free of the eight major allergens identified by the FDA.

Are dogs welcome at the restaurant?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the patio at each location. We ask that they not enter the indoor premises unless they are a service dog.

Do your restaurants have on-site parking?

Our Napa St. Helena, Napa Downtown, Palo Alto, and Marin locations have on-site parking lots. Our SF Ferry Building, SF Mission Bay and Walnut Creek locations have metered street parking and public parking structures nearby.

What is your lost and found policy?

Every lost and found item discovered in the restaurant is given to a manager promptly after discovery. Valuable item(s): jewelry, electronic devices (i.e. earbuds, phones, and laptops), purses, wallets, and backpacks (including credit cards, cash, and personal identification documents) are locked in our safe. Every effort is made to contact the owner to have the item(s) returned as quickly as possible.

What kind of seating do you offer?

Every Gott’s location offers a variety of seating types including communal tables and benches, tables and chairs, booths, and high-top counters. Highchairs are available for children. Our dining rooms are ADA compliant with clear pathways and wide aisles for strollers.

Are your patios heated?

The outdoor patios at our Napa St. Helena, Napa Downtown, Walnut Creek, and Marin locations have heating. The patios at our SF Ferry Building, SF Mission Bay and Palo Alto locations do not.

Do you offer franchises?

No, Gott’s does not offer franchising opportunities and are not actively seeking to expand through a franchise model.
